At 9akhar, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, the following policy applies:
1. Return & Exchange Period

Products may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

The original invoice or order confirmation must be provided as proof of purchase.
2. Product Condition

Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all accessories.

Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and before use.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been used, opened, or tampered with, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
3. Manufacturing Defects

If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not match its specifications, customers must contact 9akhar within the return period.

9akhar reserves the right to inspect the product and determine the appropriate action (replacement or refund).
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless a manufacturing defect is proven:

Digital products, download codes, or activation keys

Opened games, discs, or software

Discounted or promotional items

Limited edition or collectible items

Any product clearly marked as non-returnable on its product page
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the same item is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative item of equal value, or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.
6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 7–30 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

In certain cases, store credit may be offered instead of a cash refund.
7. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified manufacturing defect.
